South Carolina Troopers Investigate A Fatal Single-Vehicle Collision

JONESVILLE, S.C. — Troopers say the driver of a 2004 Honda Accord died after wrecking their car the morning of November 27th around 6:30 a.m.

Detectives say the driver was headed north on South Carolina Highway 9 near Mount Zion Road, when they traveled left off the side of the roadway into a ditch.

The driver was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene, according to a news release.

Police say they have not yet released the victim’s name.
