Edge On The Clock: Facebook’s Popular “Farmville” Suddenly Shuts Down

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Attention virtual farmers! One of Facebook’s earliest successes, Farmville, is no longer supported by Adobe. The game that allowed users tend to digital farms shut down last Thursday as a result of Adobe’s Flash software. If you still had money to use for in-app additions, game maker Zynga says “tough luck.”
