Sunny Start to the Week

After a soggy and foggy weekend, the clouds will finally clear out giving way to a nice start for the week. Temps will reach the mid-50s under mostly sunny skies. Overnight clouds fill in and a disturbance will bring a sprinkle or two Tuesday morning with a brief period of snow for the mountains. Seasonable highs through mid-week (low 50s). Clouds will fill in on Thursday, but the day to watch will be Friday. Snow likely for the mountains, but we may even get a wintry mix for parts of the piedmont. It’s still a few days out so things can change, but it will be something to keep an eye on over the next few days.
