CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Several schools in the WCCB viewing are will be operating on a delay or going remote as temperatures drop tonight, creating the possibility of black ice and dangerous roadways. Areas in the mountains and foothills of North Carolina were especially hit hard with sleet, snow, and rain Saturday night.
