CHARLOTTE, NC — Millions of people in Texas are still without power following a winter storm that forced the state’s power grid to fail.

Chase Hildenbrand, a former WCCB employee, lives in Houston and he talked with Chief Meteorologist Nicole Madden about his experience with the storm.
