Waking up to patchy fog across the region. Dense Fog Advisory runs until 6 am. It’s a chilly start, but it will be a warm spring-like day with temps in the mid-60s! Breezy this afternoon with winds picking up out of the southwest 10-15 mph. Gusts will exceed 40 mph in the higher elevations. Mostly clear tonight with temps falling into the mid-30s. Wednesday will be even warmer with highs reaching the upper 60s to near 70! Sunny and dry conditions stretch into Thursday. It won’t be quite as warm, but still above average with highs in the low 60s. Showers return Friday. Cooler air will make for a good soup day as temps only reach the low 50s. Warmer through the weekend, but scattered showers will keep things unsettled into early next week.
