Last Dry and Sunny Day Before the Rain Returns
Yesterday was a stunner with temps reaching the low 70s. We’re going to have another sunny and dry day. Although it won’t be as warm, it will still be pleasant and above average with highs reaching the upper 60s. Much cooler tomorrow. A cold front will move through tonight and hang out just south of the area. A series of disturbances will ride along this boundary bringing wet weather back to the region tomorrow. Rain and showers will move in with much cooler temps. Highs will only reach the upper 40s. Scattered showers possible through the weekend with temps in the 60s/70s. Widespread rain returns Monday with drier and more seasonable temps in the upper 50s by mid-week.
