Officers say they received information that Fisher was trying to find someone who would harm her ex-boyfriend in exchange for money, and detectives say following this tip, they were able to find and speak with a confidential informant who provided specific details of discussions with Fisher.

Detectives say this informant recorded conversations with Fisher where she said was looking to arrange a meeting with someone willing to commit a criminal act.

After making arrangements to meet, Fisher went to a local hotel and met up with who she believed to be an acquaintance of the informant’s brother, but was in actuality an undercover cop, according to a news release.

Detectives say Fisher then proceeded to give specific details about her ex-boyfriend’s roommate, indicating she wanted him to be killed, after she said he was responsible for ruining her relationship with her ex-boyfriend.

Officers say they took Fisher immediately into custody, and she is currently being held the York County Detention Center under a $50,000 bond.
