Severe Weather Awareness Week with IBHS

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Meteorologist James Scott heads down to the Insurance Institute for Business and Home Safety (IBHS) for Severe Weather Awareness Week, to help us find out new ways to prepare ourselves for storms and prep our homes.

Located in Chester County, South Carolina, the IBHS has a one-of-a-kind campus specially designed to test wear-and-tear on everyday buildings as they are exposed to the worst elements Mother Nature has to offer. Join James and Dr. Anne Cope, IBHS’ chief engineer, as they conduct experiments to see what you can do to make sure your home is prepared for severe weather.
