Troopers: 2 Children And Driver Killed In A Fatal York County Crash

YORK CO., S.C. — An adult and two siblings 8-years-old and younger were killed Tuesday night after two vehicles crashed in York County, troopers say.

Officials with the York County Coroner’s Officer say the three victims in the fatal car crash, including the two children, have been identified as 29-year-old Cole Labrozzi, 8-year-old Kaydence Timmons, and 7-year-old Justin Whitener.

Troopers say the fatal crash happened around 4:30 p.m. March 16th on South Carolina Highway 5 near Park Place Road.

Troopers say the driver of a 2004 Honda Accord, 54-year-old Priscilla Cherry, was heading east on S.C. Highway 5, when the driver of a 2000 Jaguar heading west traveled over the center line and was struck by the Accord.

Cherry was injured in the crash and was taken to a local hospital for treatment, according to a news release.

Troopers say all three occupants in the Jaguar were pronounced dead at the scene.

A GoFundMe has been started to raise funds for the kids’ funeral services here.
