Warming Up Through the End of the Week
Patchy fog to start the morning. A warmer start with temps in the upper 50s. Isolated rain chance will be in the forecast to start the day. Highs today will reach the low 70s this afternoon as clouds begin to fade bringing on more sunshine. Temps continue to climb this week with highs topping out in the low 80s by Friday. A strong cold front will bring the potential for severe storms across the south Thursday. Timing is on the side of this cold front as it will pass through the area overnight Thursday into the start of the day Friday. A few showers and chance storms will be in the forecast, but better storm chances will return for the weekend. Temps will remain warm through Sunday with highs in the mid to upper 70s. A cold front Saturday night into Sunday will bring the chance for rain and storms through the day Sunday. Cooler, but still seasonable temps will follow for the next week with highs back in the mid-60s.
