GASTONIA, N.C. — A Silver Alert has been issued for missing endangered 28-year-old Tyerese Craig. He is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, officials say.

Gaston County officials say Craig was last seen Thursday at 2:30 p.m. near East Third Avenue in Gastonia leaving an appointment at Kintegra Family Medicine wearing a black hoodie, black pants, with a black book bag in hand.
He is described as an autistic Black man, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 160 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
Police say anyone with information about his whereabouts should call 911 or A Fleming at the Gastonia Police Department at 704-866-6702 immediately.
