LinkedIn Gives Virtually All Employees Paid Spring Break This Year
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – LinkedIn is giving nearly it’s entire company next week off. That includes employees all around the world for the whole week starting Monday, and they still get paid. The idea is to prevent burnout, which company leaders noticed as the pandemic wore on. LinkedIn wants its workers to use the time to unplug and recharge.
Also, since almost everyone has the same week off, they won’t have to deal with the normal hassle of digging through accumulated emails after the vacation.
Our question of the night: should there be a spring break for adults?
