Increasing Clouds with a Few Showers
Most of us stay dry on Thursday, but some neighborhoods could see a few showers
Pollen Counts remain extreme through the week with tree pollen – oak, elm and juniper being the top allergens.
An area of high pressure overhead is allowing wall-to-wall sunshine and above-average temperatures to dominate the day. A cold front will swing across the area Thursday evening into Friday which will bring widely scattered showers to some neighborhoods through the second half of Thursday with coverage increasing on Friday. A couple of strong storms are possible on Friday, but this threat looks low – just be sure to stay WeatherWise and have at least two ways to receive warnings. Saturday will stay unsettled as another system swings across the Carolinas bringing scattered to numerous showers. An area of high pressure will build back in on Sunday bringing tranquil weather back to the area.
Have a wonderful week!
