Edge On The Clock: Facebook Says It Hopes Labels On Posts Will Reduce Confusion

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Facebook is hoping to reduce confusion on its platform. The social media site will now label posts from specific pages on people’s news feeds. Posts from “satire pages,” “fan pages” and “public official pages” will be labeled to show people where content is coming from. Facebook says it is just in the testing phase now. More pages may eventually be labeled.

Plus, a brain study will be conducted to determine if a former football player who killed 5 people and then himself in York County, SC this week had CTE, a degenerative disease that has affected a number of pro athletes.

And, people with buyer’s remorse about dropping more than $1,000 for a pair of “Satan Shoes” are in luck: they can get full refunds.
