Breezy and Dry Conditions Increasing Fire Danger Monday Afternoon
High pressure will keep us dry and warmer today. Highs will reach the low 80s. Sunny and pleasant, but a bit breezy with winds out of the southwest 10-15 mph with gusts 20-30 mph. Low relative humidity and dry brush along with strong gusts will increase the fire danger later this afternoon. Burning of any kind is strongly discouraged. A mid-week cold front will bring the chance for showers and cooler temps. Highs will only reach the upper 60s Thursday with overnight lows falling to the mid-40s early Friday morning. Temps will return to seasonable highs into the low 70s by the end of the week and weekend. Rain chances will return Saturday.
