Big Midweek Cool Down Knocking on Our Door

A midweek frost and freeze expected for some

Monday pollen update:Tree pollen is very high. Moderate levels for grass, mold, and weed pollen.Β

A beautiful start to the work week ahead of a midweek cool down.
Expect overnight lows to bottom out in the mid to upper 40s across the Piedmont under mostly clear skies. Mostly sunny skies dominate Tuesday with highs in the mid 70s. Temperatures fall below average Wednesday night into Thursday morning in wake of a midweek cold front. This cold front will bring a very slim isolated rain chance on Wednesday, therefore, our dry stretch of days continue. Thursday morning lows will bottom out in the 20s and 30s, therefore, a freeze is expected for a portion of the WCCB area. Due to temperatures falling below freezing across the Mountains and Foothills Wednesday night, be sure to bring your plants and pets inside. If you cannot bring the plants in, cover them with a sheet. High temperatures on Thursday stay below average – only topping out in the 60s.

Tonight: Mostly clear skies. Low: 47. Wind: Light N/NW.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny skies. High: 76. Wind: S/SW 10-20.

Wednesday: Isolated AM Shower. High: 71. Wind: 10-20. G: 30.

Have a wonderful week!
