Wet Saturday with Isolated Strong Storms Possible
A very wet first half of your weekend, but much nicer through Sunday
Increased Fire Danger until 7 pm this evening. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
Clouds will increase through the remainder of your Friday with overnight lows bottoming out in the upper 40s / near 50Β° – so no freeze/frost! Expect widespread rain through the day Saturday, especially through the afternoon hours, with a slim chance for isolated strong storms. The greater severe weather risk is across South Carolina, but there is a Marginal Risk (level 1/5) across the southeastern portion of the Piedmont. All modes of severe weather are possible so stay WeatherWise and have at least two ways to receive warnings. Most neighborhoods have a good chance to pick up 1” of rain. We clear out Sunday and gradually warm through next week.
Tonight: Increasing Clouds. Low: 50. Wind: SW 5-10.
Saturday: Rain. Patchy Fog. Isolated Strong Storms. High: 65. Wind: SE 10-20.
Sunday: Sunny skies. High: 74. Wind: N/NW 10-20.
Happy Friday. Have a beautiful weekend!
