Drying Out, Warm Workweek Ahead
The 80s return to the forecast as soon as midweek.
It’s been a dry April so far, but showers and storms have rolled back into the WCCB Charlotte viewing area for our Saturday. Although it may hamper your evening plans, it will help with the abnormally dry conditions that have built into the Metro and eastward. That said, expect the rain to move out overnight, leading to sunny skies and highs in the 60s and 70s for the second half of the weekend. The good times will keep on rolling into the workweek ahead, as well. Highs in the Piedmont and Foothills should crack the 80s for the first time in nearly two weeks by Tuesday. Sunny skies and above-average highs will continue into the back half of the week before shower chances bump back up Friday into next weekend.
