Fire At Coventry Woods Apartment Complex Causes $425,000 In Damage

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A massive fire destroyed several apartments at the Coventry Woods Apartments in east Charlotte.  The fire started just before 4am on April 30th on Coronado Drive.

The fire reportedly caused $425,000 in damage, according to the Charlotte Fire Department.  Firefighters were able to control the fire in 40 minutes.  No injuries were reported and the fire remains under investigation.
