Tech Giant Google Giving More Options For When, Where, & How Often Employees Go Back To The Office
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Google has announced revised work schedule options for employees. CEO Sundar Pichai says employees can keep working remotely until September. After that, employees will choose their preferred schedule. Pichai expects 60 percent of Google’s 140,000 employees will return to their pre-pandemic offices a few days a week. He thinks 20 percent will move to a different office, and the remaining 20 percent will permanently work from home, if their role allows it.
Previously, Google planned to have all employees come into the office three days a week.
Our question of the night: which version of the work-from-home plan would you choose?
