KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C. — A Silver Alert has been issued for missing, endangered 74-year-old Dorsey Gerald Flowers in Kings Mountain.

He is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, officials say.
Authorities describe Flowers as a 74-year-old White man, 6 feet tall, 140 pounds with short grey hair and hazel-colored eyes.
Police say Flowers wears glasses and a hearing aid, and was last seen wearing a brown Members Only jacket, blue jeans, and grey sketcher tennis shoes.

Flowers is possibly headed to Harnett, N.C. in a 2006 white Ford Ranger with N.C. license plate number HJS3848, according to police.
