Heads up, Carolinas! The International Space Station will make a very bright pass tonight at 9:24 pm.
The weather will be good across the Queen City for viewing with partly cloudy skies.
Fun facts:
- The ISS is as big as a football field but will look like a pin of light, a star that does not blink moving very steadily across the night sky.
- The space station has been continuously occupied since November 2000.
- A spacecraft can arrive at the space station as soon as four hours after launching from Earth.
