246th Anniversary of the Signing of the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence

Come join us at Victoria Yards powered by Lowes, Monday May 20th at 12pm, to celebrate the signing of the Mecklenburg Declaration in 1775 – the document that declared Mecklenburg and CharlotteTowne free from British rule. Experience historical reenactments, esteemed elected officials will be on hand, school kids and the ever-popular pyrotechnic cannon.
