Increasing Humidity, Rain and Storm Chances
Isolated strong storms are possible on Thursday.
Temperatures hold steady and average through the week with highs in the low to mid 80s. Rain coverage will gradually increase through the week with isolated showers in the forecast through the remainder of our Wednesday. The best chance for measurable rain will be on Thursday as a front swings through the area – this front will not bring a cool down, but will bring some much needed rain to the area. Many neighborhoods across the WCCB Charlotte area will get close to an 1” of rain with some neighborhoods seeing isolated 2”+. While there is not a big severe storm risk, there is a low Marginal risk (level 1/5) so stay WeatherWise on Thursday. A few showers stick around on Friday with drier air building in for the weekend.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Few showers. Low: 66. Wind: SE 5-10.
Thursday: Numerous showers. Isolated strong storms are possible. High: 83. Wind: S 5-10.
Have a wonderful day!
