As things heat up the county is helping seniors stay cool. The Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department is once again giving out free box fans to seniors.
County seniors and adults receiving disability income can pick up a free fan at one of seven locations in Mecklenburg County listed below.
You must schedule a time to pick up your fan either by registering online here or calling ahead.
