New Rock Hill Restaurant Old Town Kitchen & Cocktails
Chef Chris Coleman creates a nostalgic menu of homemade childhood favorite dishes
ROCK HILL, S.C. — Rock Hill’s newest neighborhood destination for craft food and cocktails is now open. Just a short drive south of Charlotte, you can have a night out at Old Town Kitchen & Cocktails. The menu offers everything from gumbo to burgers and bang bang Brussels sprouts.
And behind the bar they have 16 taps, quality wine and crafted cocktails. There is indoor and outdoor dining available, with a separate patio coming soon.
Old Town’s Executive Chef is no newbie. He’s actually been up against one fo the country’s best celebrity chefs.
“I’ve done a couple of things… Chopped… Bobby Flay… one of the few that beat Bobby Flay,” says Chef Chris Coleman. “I made a chicken and rice stew, beat Bobby Flay with it.”
Chef Coleman says his menu favorite at Old Town is his mom’s gumbo. He says she passed away ten years ago, so it’s a special tribute and brings back a lot of good memories.
Old Town Kitchen & Cocktails is located at 300 Technology Center Way Ste #203, Rock Hill, SC 29730 and open Monday-Thursday 11am-10pm, Friday-Saturday 11am-11pm and Sundays 11am-9pm.
