CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Fire investigators say improperly discarded fireworks sparked a house fire in Northwest Charlotte early Sunday morning.
11 people from two different homes were displaced, after the fire on Oakshire Circle around 1:30 in the morning.
Red Cross is helping those affected. The damage is estimated at $80,000.
