Actor’s Theatre Of Charlotte Presents “ROCK OF AGES”

Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte announces its return to the stage with a Season 33 seven-show schedule that begins under the stars with 3 summer shows guaranteed to “Rock The Park” for audiences excited for outdoor entertainment (and a few tasty power chords).

The first show will be ROCK OF AGES by Chris D’Arienzo.  The show will run from July 28th through August 21st.

ROCK OF AGES – Tickets are on sale now at atcharlotte.org

Shredding guitar solos, fierce vocals, and monster ballads set the stage for this energetic tribute to classic rock. A small town girl, a city boy, and their band of friends fight to save the Sunset Strip, where rock reigns supreme. With 80’s hits like “Nothin’ But A Good Time”, “I Wanna Rock”, and “Cum on Feel the Noize”, you’ll be riding high on nostalgia and hairspray.

For tickets and more information, visit the ATC website at atcharlotte.org.

ATC will present its “Act 1” with 3 popular rock musicals outdoors at “The Barn at MoRA – a Levine Property,” 8300 Monroe Road, Charlotte, N.C., 28212.

The park’s massive barn and silos will be the backdrop for the musicals.

Performances will be rain or shine, and patrons are asked to bring their own chairs. Parking is free.

COVID-19 health and safety protocols will be in place, and patrons can expect to enjoy the atmosphere of the park safely.
