DALLAS, N.C. — Dallas Police say a 9-year-old died Wednesday night after getting into a car crash during a rainstorm in Gaston County.
Officers responded to the crash on Park Road in Dallas, N.C. around 6 p.m.
Initial investigation reveals a silver car left the roadway on U.S. 321 N and went down the embankment, before coming to a full stop on Park Road.
Police say the other occupant of the car involved was taken to CaroMont Regional Medical Center with unknown injuries
