Get up and move - it's Fitness Friday!

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – For Fitness Friday this week, we’re bringing in Derek’s trainer,  Jay Johnson of Team MLP  to run him and Nicole through some simple exercises that don’t require weights.

Jay says you can do these simple moves anytime, anywhere in quick bursts throughout the day. Maybe give some of these moves a shot while Rising is in a commercial break.

You can do this at home or work with no equipment – but with Team MLP training, the equipment is free!
