Local Mom Competing in 2021 CrossFit Games

CHARLOTTE, — Mekenzie Riley is a fitness coach, a registered dietician and a 4x CrossFit Games athlete. Riley is also a mom! She joined Rising live to talk about how she balances work, life and fitness plus what it’s like to train and compete CrossFit.
