Soggy and Cooler Start to the Week
- Showers and storms
- Much Cooler
- Patchy Fog
An unsettled pattern will keep things soggy and cooler to start the week. Highs will reach the upper 70s to lower 80s today. Showers will start the morning off but expect a few rumbles later this afternoon. The severe threat remains low, but we could deal with localized flooding for any areas that get hit with rounds of heavy rain over the course of the day. Temps will remain below average with higher than average rainfall chances as a boundary lays across the area through mid-week. It will shift south of the region Wednesday, allowing for slightly warmer temps as highs reach the upper 80s. The 90s return Thursday, along with drier air to end the week.
