NEWTON, N.C. — Sign up to make your own marbleized wine glass on August 4th with the Catawba County library’s latest adult STEAM workshop.
Officials say participants will learn how to use a marbleizing technique to paint a wine glass with their own combination of colors and effects at the workshop held at the Conover Branch Library on Wednesday, August 4th starting at 5 p.m.
Before jumping in, officials say participants will get a brief overview of color theory and chemistry so they can understand the process better and get the results they want.
All supplies will be provided, and participants must call 828-466-5108 to register for the workshop ahead of time.
