Increasing Temperatures and Humidity Through the Weekend

Expect mostly clear skies overnight with lows in the 60s. Another nice August day returns on Friday with temperatures warming back to the mid to upper 80s. Clouds will increase through the second half of Friday with isolated PM showers possibly turning widely scattered overnight. Scattered showers are expected on Saturday. With this increasing rain chance comes increasing humidity as well. Typical high heat and humidity return on Sunday with highs back in the low 90s.

Tonight: Mostly clear. Low: 67. Wind: E 5.

Friday: Mix of sun & clouds. PM increasing showers. High: 87.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy. Scattered showers. High: 86.

Tropical Update: The National Hurricane Center is highlighting two areas of possible development with the best chance not even off the African coast yet though that will be the one to watch. There is no tropical threat to the United States for at least a week, but we will watch closely.
