The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department says the 63-year-old man that was reported missing from northwest Charlotte, after he was last seen on July 30, has been located.
According to police, Melvin Pharr is in the process of being reunited with his loved ones.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 63-year-old man who was last seen Friday afternoon.
Melvin Pharr was last seen around 12 p.m. on Freedom Drive, near Bradford Drive, in northwest Charlotte. Police said that he suffers from cognitive concerns.
Pharr has been described as 5’8″ tall and weighing around 150 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, shorts, and tennis shoes, according to a news release. Pharr is believed to be on foot.
Anyone with information on Mr. Pharr’s whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
