Wilson’s World: School Bus Safety With Cat the Fire Dog and Gus the Talking School Bus

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Back to School Bus Safety was the topic today as Wilson’s World was with the Charlotte Fire Department and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools!

If you were a CMS Elementary Student, you probably know about the big yellow talking school bus, nicknamed “Gus the Bus”. The Fire Department and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools want students to know how to properly board the bus, how to safely sit while riding and when it’s safe to cross the street.

9/11 is just a few weeks away, there are two events you should know about. The Charlotte 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb will be happening at Truist Field this year, the 20th Anniversary. Find out more here:
