ROCK HILL, S.C. — The Rock Hill Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that happened in a driveway of a home Thursday morning.
Officers responded to a Graham Street home around 5:22 a.m. where they talked to the robbery victims.
The victims informed police that around 5 a.m. while hooking a trailer onto their truck a man approached them with a gun and stated, βDo not move.β The suspect then grabbed one victimβs wallet.
During the incident, the second victim exited the home and walked toward the truck. When the suspect saw her approach the truck, he pointed the gun ordering the victim to hand over a purse, according to police. The suspect then fled on foot.
According to police, the suspect has been described as a white man, around 6 foot tall, average build, mid 40’s, and was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt.
