Fantastic Fall Feels
Plentiful sunshine and highs in the 60s and 70s close out the workweek.
The clouds and rain are gone, allowing sunshine and good times to take over for the remainder of the week. High pressure has set up shop across the eastern half of the United States, filtering in cooler, drier air from the north. Expect plentiful sunshine and fantastic conditions to continue through the weekend. Highs will top out in the 60s and 70s for the next few days before a steady warm-up brings us into the 70s and 80s next week. While temperatures will steadily rise, humidity levels and rain chances will remain nonexistent. Another taste of summer may arrive as we kick off October, but we’ll deal with that when we get there.
Tropical Storm Sam has formed in the central Atlantic. While most model trends take the system out to sea, it bears watching into next week. Sam will likely become a major hurricane as it approaches the Caribbean this weekend. Interests in the eastern Caribbean and Bermuda should monitor this storm carefully.
