South End is getting a new coffee shop! Bitty & Beau’s is opening on Camden Street on October 9th , with
a ribbon cutting at 10:00 am. Bitty & Beau’s was originally founded in Wilmington and it is more than
just a coffee shop, it is run by people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping to create a
path for people with disabilities to become more valued, accepted, and included in every community.

Selenite Beauty, an all-natural beauty shop in South End, is hosting a guided meditation series guided by
Reiki healer Brittany Skala every second Tuesday of the month, with the next event on October 12.
Meditation is the perfect way to slow down and re-connect with yourself. It will leave you
feeling calm and collected as you move through the rest of your week. This class is perfect for
everyone, including beginners and experienced meditators. Registration is free but spots are
