It’s another chilly start with temps in the 30s and 40s area-wide. Patchy frost will be possible for the mountains. Sunny and pleasant today with highs reaching the mid-70s for the Piedmont and the upper 60s for the Mountains. Temps will continue to climb with high pressure in control this week. Sunny skies through midday Thursday. Thursday evening will be breezy ahead of a strong cold front from the west. Isolated to widely scattered showers will be possible late Thursday through early Friday. Mild and sunny conditions return this weekend with highs in the mid-70s and overnight lows in the low to mid-50s.
