Edge: Britney Spears Is Free and Cam Newton Is Back
Britney is a free woman after 13 years!
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Singer Britney Spears is officially free from her 13-year conservatorship. Los Angeles judge Brenda Penny decided to grant the termination request after Britney and her parents filed to terminate it. A woman named Jodi Montgomery will remain the conservator tasked with overseeing Britney’s personal affairs.
Cam Newton is back in the Queen City and he is ready to keep pounding! The quarterback spoke to the media today and says he wants to be an addition to the team and says he’s been on cloud nine all week. Head Coach Matt Rhule says Newton will likely start next week.
