“We thought meticulously about what we were going to serve so that these new options would complement our vintage and laid back vibe. We’re excited to invite people to bring friends, stay with us longer, and to really make this a third place, ” said Kevin Samuel, owner of The Exchange.
The evolution of the beverage menu calls for The Exchange to update its ABC license, converting it to a private membership club. Becoming a member is a quick and easy in-person process that only requires I.D. and basic contact information; membership is required to pick up provisions, enjoy the new menu and hang out.
