GREAT FALLS, S.C. — Troopers are investigating a fatal collision in Chester County after a passenger riding in the extended bucket of a van died on Friday.
Investigators say Richard Sraffaldt, 56, was driving west on Dearborn Street in a 1995 Chevy van equipped with a boom and bucket, when the bucket struck a tree limb killing a passenger inside.
Troopers say the identity of the victim has not yet been released.
