Wilson’s World: Is Previewing National Take The Stairs Day With The American Lung Association

CHARLOTTE, NC — Wednesday is National Take the Stairs Day, Wilson visited Truist Field with the American Lung Association to find out more and to preview the Fight For Air Climb.

National Take the Stairs Day happens every year to help spread awareness about healthy routines, stair climbing is a simple way to help improve overall health. The Lung Association is asking people to participate in Take the Stairs Day, and then sign up for the Fight For Air Climb at Truist Field on March 26th. Money raised at the Fight For Air Climb will fund the Lung Association’s efforts to end lung cancer, lung disease, and the COVID-19 Action Initiative.

The Charlotte Fight For Air Climb challenges people to climb 800 steps at Truist Field, Home of the Charlotte Knights. The Lung Association also has a “Climb Your Way” option for those who can’t make it to the physical event.
