Edge On The Clock: JP Morgan Chase CEO Gets $3M Raise

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Running the nation’s largest bank is paying pretty big dividends for Jamie Dimon. JP Morgan Chase reports it paid its CEO $34.5 million last year. Dimon’s salary of $1.5 million, and bonus of $5 million, carried over unchanged from 2020. But, the $28 million worth of stock he got boosted his overall compensation nine and half percent, or three million dollars, more than what he earned the previous year.

Plus, we now know that the world bought more champagne than ever in 2021. Sales and exports set new records, despite pandemic lock downs. Globally, sales hit a record $6.2 billion.

And, Twitter is letting some users set an NFT as their profile picture. The new feature rolled out Thursday, but is only available to those who pay for Twitter’s subscription service.
