Mazda Of South Charlotte Does Its Part To End Hunger In The Carolinas
PINEVILLE, NC (News Release) – Local dealership Mazda of South Charlotte is continuing its efforts to end hunger via its partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The collaboration began in 2021 and seeks to address the approximately 512,000 people in the area that live below the poverty level, most of whom are seniors and children.
By donating a portion of the proceeds of every transaction at the dealership, Mazda of South Charlotte was able to raise a total of $69,489.26 in 2021, and they won’t stop there. The goal for 2022 has increased to raise $82,000, and the partnership is asking that locals participate to reach that goal by donating food, money, or volunteering time to make a change.
