Should The NFL Change It’s Overtime Rules?

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — But after watching the game go into overtime, many fans believe the NFL’s overtime rules should change to be more like college OT rules.

During overtime only the Kansas City Chiefs got to control the ball.

Why? They won the coin toss, received the ball, then scored a touchdown which ended the game and the Buffalo Bill’s season.

In college football overtime rules allow each team a chance to play offense at least once.

There also doesn’t appear to be any extra advantage if your team goes first or second.
