Lenoir Police Need Help Identifying Robbery Suspects Accused Of Pepper-Spraying Dunham’s Sports Employees
LENOIR, N.C. – Two Dunham’s Sports employees were pepper-sprayed after police say they attempted to stop several robbery suspects in Lenoir.
On Sunday, February 13th, officers responded to the business, located on Blowing Rock Boulevard near Hospital Avenue, in reference to a robbery. Police say two suspects were caught on camera stuffing duffle bags with various items they were attempting to steal.
Detectives say the suspects were last seen running from the store. Local EMS crews arrived a short time later to treat the employees who were pepper-sprayed.
