Dining for Charities: Milkster Nitrogen Creamery
INDIAN LAND, S.C. — Milkster Nitrogen Creamery specializes in Nice Cream which allows each customer to customize their ice cream experience by picking their base and mix-ins before liquid nitrogen is poured in to create a creamy ice cream that they can finish off with toppings of their choice.
Russell Gibson, the owner of Milkster Nitrogen Creamery in Indian Land and Nadiya Heath, a barista, stopped by Rising to show us how their ice cream is made and tell us what sets Milkster apart from other ice cream shops.
